Description: Both are blackware pottery examples including a footed chalice having simple incised banded decoration around the exterior of the bowl. Minor rim roughness, otherwise intact, overall exc. cond. Together with a kantharos having large double loop handles and low pedestal foot. Both handles reattached, foot repaired from four original pieces, with restoration over the breaklines.
Provenance: Ex. Charles Ede, London, acquired 1971. Published in accompanying Ede catalogs.
