An unusual hand axe having most of its surface with original flint skin. Obviously chosen by the tool maker for its naturally useful shape, only the cutting blade has been knapped and sharpened. The rest left with its naturally shaped handle. Exc. cond. Old paper label affixed with collection # 460. |
