Description: |
Petaloid axe of classic form having bifacial knapping and pressure flake sharpening. A small area of the upper handle and center of one face with original flint skin, which fit well into the design of this tool. Point lost in antiquity, a few modern nicks, else exc. cond. Old paper label with collection #207 affixed. |
