Description: Large shallow bowl with low sides, carved with a low relief image of a bird on base with circular medallion in body, the head with pointed beak, triangular head, and lug handle beneath feet. Medium brown patina with deposits. Some losses, age cracks.
Provenance: Estate of Alan Naftalis, sold for the benefit of The Jewish Theological Seminary.
