Description: In printed catalogue, photos of lots 208 and 211 are switched. This is the correct photo for this lot description! Complete terracotta cone or "nail" used to dedicate a newly constructed or restored building, originally embedded in the wall or foundation. Upper half of the cone is inscribed with cuneiform script with one panel extending almost to the tip. A second panel probably extended that far but is chipped, else xc. cond. Untranslated.
