Solid pottery standing figure, arms held at sides projecting slightly forward. Elongated head with down-turned, transformational jaguar type mouth. Yellow-cream painted surface with traces of red-pink highlights to facial features. Legs reattached at waist, arms reattached at shoulders and left arm repaired at elbow, head and left foot reattached. Some resurfacing to front torso. Strong mineral deposits on reverse. |
