The Unsold Lots auction will commence Friday morning, September 18th at 11:00 New York time, and will be sold according to clause 8 in the auction rules.
Unsold Lots may be re-offered immediately after the auction, and will be sold in the same format as Arte Primitivo has always conducted its Unsold Lots auctions (timed, not live). You may offer any bid, as long as it tops the existing bid, if there is one, by at least $25. The bids will not be run up incrementally, and your highest offer will be negotiated with the consignor. If your offer is the highest received at the close of the lot, we will present it to the consignor for review. Should the consignor decide not to accept the offer, the lot will remain unsold. If the offer is accepted, you will receive an invoice for the accepted bid amount, along with the buyer's premium and any applicable shipping charges or sales tax.
Please email or call for assistance or inquiries. 212 570-6999, ext. 102
