| Description: |
Pottery black figure decorated vessel having a single strap handle and squared shoulder with a rayed decoration. Wide central register depicts two bearded figures flanking a central figure, standing between two columns. All wear long drapery garments, incised and painted details. Narrow triple band of checkerboard decoration above the figures. Neck reattached and some general loss to the painted surface. Some edge roughness around the rim. Old custom wood base. |
