Description: Small, half in the round, carved white marble head of a male depicted with a curly hairdo and relief facial features. Hairline crack on right side of the neck with minor loss at the top of the hairline, shallow minor flake on left side of the hairdo. General weathering on the surface. Custom lucite mount.
Provenance: Collection of Adina and Yitz Gordon, Englewood, NJ. Certificate of Authenticity from Sadi & Fayez Barakat & Sons, 46 David St. Old City Jerusalem, acquired 1980.
