| Description: |
Large, mint black on white Snowflake goose effigy. This well known example, known as the Angry Goose, represents multiple effigies. The body is that of a well detailed goose, the head is that of a deer, the nose is a dog head, and the face bears a growling mouth, down turned eyes and whiskers painted at sides, representing a mountain lion. On each side of the head is a large rolling log motif. Two loops one at head and another at the tail for suspension. Intact, exc. cond. A rare and important example. |
