Description: |
Figural carving in unusual mottled cream and black stone, the standing man holds one arm down at his side against his body, other bent at the elbow. Bears a straight, slender body with ovular head having deep, double drilled, archaic eyes, wide nose and open mouth, drilled at the corners. His segmented and bound hairdo bears three tiers. Drilled at the rear shoulders for suspension, one loop damaged. Stone bears some natural porosity, across chest and on right leg. Intact. Custom mount.
