Beautifully carved green serpentine Olmec maskette with very expressive facial features, having a broad nose, classic thick lips and a drilled perforation through the mouth. Biconically drilled perforations on the upper rear rim and ear lobes. Intact, exc. cond. Strung on a single strand necklace composed of modern blue glass beads and eight decorated, modern gold ball beads. |
