Description: |
A hollow pottery vessel depicting a seated animal holding a large ringed bowl on his back, held with a tumpline. Medium orange brown ground with black resist circular decoration. Painted red highlights on the face and rim. Areas of mineral deposits on the surface. Loss to the right forearm, tip of left foot, two minor surface losses on the underside. |
