Pottery red figure lidded lekanis having a large knob finial. Cover decorated with two “Ladies of Fashion” both wearing pearl necklaces and earrings. Two palmette leaves, between the heads. Scattered root marks and surface deposits. Four original pieces reattached in the lid with restoration over the breaklines, some minor paint loss and minor flakes. |
