Description: |
Two different solid pottery seated figures including a Xochipala female figure depicted with large pendulous breasts, legs crossed, and having expressive facial features. Arms, legs and head reattached, missing left forearm, some losses along the break lines. Together with an Olmecoid seated female holding both hands in front. Fancy long textured hairdo pulled into a top bun. Overall remaining traces of red-orange pigment. Head reattached, left leg restored, right lower leg restored. |
