Description: Solid pottery examples including a Chupicuaro miniature grouping depicting three figures seated in a circle with arms joined, food in the center. Some remaining red and white pigment highlights. Intact. Together with a Michoacan seated figure holding left hand to mouth. Wearing a fancy floral headdress and large disc ear ornaments. Missing one bead from floral headdress element, otherwise intact. Finally, a Chupicuaro seated female holding a child on her lap. Depicted with a tall striated hairdo. Head reattached, otherwise intact.
Provenance: Collection of Albert J. and Monique Grant, NYC., acquired 1950s-1960s. Collection #s YB6, VA6, 1415.
