Size: 2-3/4 to 5-1/16H.

Description: including a miniature carved volcanic stone kneeling male figure holding his right hand to his head, left hand on knee. Overall reddish surface patina. Intact. Together with three different pottery examples, including a seated female figure with splayed legs, black and orange painted decoration on a cream ground. Right lower leg restored. Together with a figural rattle, wearing a helmet and fantail backsplash. Legs reattached and fan partially restored with loss. Finally, a orange ware monkey vessel having a bulbous olla type body, one arm on stomach and the other held to his long curled tail. Right arm and tip of rear right foot restored.
Provenance: Collection of Swanhild Castle, Brooklyn, NY., acquired 1960s.
