Description: |
Carved variegated grayish-green and cream color serpentine standing figure, holding both arms to his sides. Large rounded head with simple drilled eyes and wide cut mouth. Some remaining traces of red pigment highlights. Overall excellent ancient surface patina with scattered areas of encrustation and deposits. Intact, exc. cond. Custom metal base. A rare and exceptional example. |
