Description: |
Including two similar, solid salmon-buff color solid pottery, Tlatilco female figures, having wide rounded hips and arms held away from their bodies. Both wearing decorated headdresses, with painted black details. One figure repaired from four original pieces with break lines visible, missing tip of left arm. The other figure has a reattached head and right arm, missing nose. Together with two different Mezcala pendant figures, one speckled jadeite and the other dark green-black serpentine, both perforated for suspension. The jadeite figure is intact, the serpentine figure has loss to his lower left leg. |
