| Description: |
Pinkish-buff color hollow pottery seated baby, resting his hands on his knees with legs splayed. Very expressive facial features, long slanted, narrow, perforated eyes, open mouth with upper teeth showing. Wearing a fancy striated hairdo, with remaining traces of pinkish-red pigment highlights. Overall scattered areas of surface deposits. Nose restored. Legs, head and arms reattached, torso repaired from five original pieces, with restoration over the break lines. A nice example. |
