Large, carved rich bluish-green nephrite stone stylized avian celt form pendant, having a large angular beak and large round drilled eyes, which once were inset, rounded wings indicated. Drilled through the neck for suspension. Nicely polished obverse; and the reverse has a good overall ancient surface patina, and a snapped type medial rib on the reverse. Intact, exc. cond. A beautiful, high quality example. |
