A molded pottery relief plaque depicting a king in warrior dress, wearing a dome helmet and goat-type ears, and holding implements in both hands. The figure is erect and commanding in posture, consistent with representations of Mesopotamian rulers of the Old Babylonian and Isin-Larsa periods. The lower portion of the plaque is missing; otherwise intact with minor ancient losses along the edges. |
