A natural buff-brown hollow molded pottery head of a smiling figure having a sloped forehead, epicanthic eyes, relief nose and realistic mouth. Headdress bears a relief, monkey with geometric border, small diadem above and hair in lappets down the sides. Wearing disc type ear ornaments. Intact, exc. cond. A nice example. Old custom wood base. |
