Description: |
A carved, dark gray basalt ball form ceremonial example, having a basket type handle. The form resembles a stylized knee cap or ball joint, having a partially hollowed interior. Probably this type of object was used for protection in the ballgame. Handle reattached, otherwise intact. A rare example. |
