A finely carved mottled grayish-green stone standing axe god figure, depicted with an abstract tapered head with a heavy browline and angular nose. Arms indicated by diagonal cut lines. Several areas of calcified surface deposits, mostly on the back of the figure. Intact, exc. cond. Old wood base. An excellent example. |
