Large hollow pottery seated female holding a food bowl on her left shoulder. Right arm held in a forward position. Excellent sculpted facial features, with individual inset ball eyes, and sculpted fingernails. Wears a knee length skirt. Beautiful surface quality, having a two tone tan-brown surface with geometric decoration on her breasts. Strong mineral deposits and root marks. Small drill hole in base, otherwise intact, exc. cond. A very fine example. |
