Large speckled grayish-green celt pendant, having a scooped facial plain, and raised rim edge with a single tooth element along the upper rim, probably representing the open mouth of a jaguar. Perforated along the edge for suspension. Intact. Professionally repaired from two large pieces, otherwise intact. A rare and impressive example. |
