Carved white stone with blue-green jadeite veining, standing figure with arms held to his sides, knees slightly bent. Tapered head with relief carved, expressive facial features. Overall scattered areas of surface deposits. Some remaining traces of red-orange pigment between his arms. Ancient long chip on the front of left forearm, otherwise intact, exc. cond. Custom bronze base. |
