Carved mottled gray-tan stone slab type standing female figure, holding her hands over her stomach, wearing a knee length skirt with carved geometric decoration. Michoacan influenced, rectangular head with low relief carved facial features and slit eyes. Drilled perforations under the arms. Repaired from four large original pieces, with restoration over the break lines. Custom metal base. A rare type. |
