Description: |
Three different pottery examples including a Tlatilco standing female figure with full, rounded hips, short outstretched arms and small pointed breasts, long hairdo with incised geometric elements on both sides. Some remaining overall cream pigment. Intact, exc. cond. Together with a cream color solid pottery Olmecoid seated figure, arms folded on crossed legs, with double applied head tufts. Repaired from approximately seven original pieces with break lines visible, missing left hand, well weathered surface. Finally, a Tlatilco, chocolate ware pottery small altar, having a seated figure at both ends, center bowl. A few surface flakes, otherwise intact. |
