Description: |
Two different solid pottery standing figures. The larger example is depicted holding both hands to her stomach, wearing a fancy beaded headdress, small ear ornaments, necklace and loincloth. Some remaining traces of red and ocher highlights. Strong mineral deposits on the surface. Repaired break in the waist and missing one headdress bead, otherwise intact. Together with a standing female figure, having short arms away from her sides. Wearing a headdress with a beaded band. Painted ocher face. Strong mineral deposits on the surface. Intact. Both have lucite bases. |
