Description: |
Salmon color pottery double lobed vessel having a high relief human face on the front, depicted with a wrinkled face and expressive facial features. Wide cylindrical spout with pour lip. Painted black and cream geometric decoration on the lobes and neck. Handle repaired and reattached, small restored rim chip and minor rim roughness. A rare example. |
