Solid pottery standing female figure, depicted with wide rounded hips and arms held away from her sides. Wearing a turban, looking slightly downwards. Overall cream-ocher slip surface with a few remaining traces of red pigment highlights. Overall scattered mineral deposits on the surface. Some normal minor slip surface loss, otherwise intact, exc. cond. Old custom base. A nice example. |
