Description: |
Thirteen various pottery examples, including a seated Valdivian female figure, head, left shoulder and a chip on her back are reattached, missing lower legs. An Olmec head, originally from a figure. An Olmec partial seated figure. A Colima figural rattle wearing a fancy helmet, two extremely minor feather tip losses, otherwise intact. A Colima(?) bird, made with a removable head. Chip on beak. A miniature bird head whistle, intact. Three various heads from figures, All have scattered losses. A pre-classic torso fragment. A large Maya flat female figure, repaired from two large original pieces, right foot repaired from three original pieces. Finally, a Maya zoomorphic whistle having overall surface erosion. |
