Description: Dark chocolateware pottery classic Friendship bowl with rounded base, and wall with incised oblong bands offset by a background of crosshatched decoration. Repaired from five large original pieces with restoration over the break lines, and a minor shallow 1” restored rim chip and a tiny rim flake.
Provenance: Private East coast collection, inv. # WC34, acquired by the current collection in 1989, ex. William E. Channing, Santa Fe, NM.
