Description: |
Salmon color pottery vessel having a bulbous body with two opposing projecting flanges on the lower body. Four applied loop handles equidistance around the neck, and decorated with two bands of simple stippled decoration around the neck. Scattered surface deposits. A 2” restored rim chip, and a few minor minor small rim chips, a stable hairline from the rim to the upper shoulder, shallow chip on one flange, otherwise intact. A very scarce type. |
