Blackware pottery bowl of kidney form decorated with a projecting jaguar holding both front paws to his mouth. The reverse side is decorated with an incised repeating geometric design, highlight with cinnabar. Overall scattered surface deposits. Repaired from approximately six original pieces with restoration over the break lines. A nice example. |
